Arabico Group International Trade provides its clients with sugar through (containers or contracts) as per the agreement.

Terms and Procedures of Contracts for Sugar Purchase via (SBLC):

1. We do not accept Letter of Intent (LOI) request or dealing with intermediaries.
2. The buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO), Ready willing and able (RWA), Customer Information Sheet (C.I.S.), and Know Your Customer (KYC).
3. The seller issues Full Corporate Offering (FCO).
4. The buyer signs and seals (FCO) page and returns it to the seller.
5. The seller issues Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) containing the complete terms and conditions.
6. The Buyer signs and seals EVERY page of the (SPA) and returns it to seller within two (2) days.
7. The seller completes, signs, seals, issues Pro Forma Invoice, and sends it to the buyer.
8. The buyer and the seller exchange hard copies of the contract by courier. Meanwhile, electronic copy will be considered as original.
9. The buyer & the seller submit a copy of (SPA) with their banks.
10. The buyer’s bank should issue Proof of Fund (POF), SBLC+ RWA AND Bank Commitment Letter within five (5) international banking days after exchange of signed copies of the contract by both parties.
11. Buyer submits a final draft of Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) to seller for review and approval (to avoid errors and unnecessary expense) it must be from a list of the top 50 banks in the world, otherwise the payment instrument must be confirmed by a top 50
12. For 12-month contract, the buyer issues a transferable, divisible, confirmed, unconditional, irrevocable, operational, assignable, ONE SBLC, maturing (12) months and one day, in value of one (1) shipment.

• If the contract is over (500,000 MT.) per month, the warranty (SBLC) is extendable for (18)

13. For Trial + Annual contract, the buyer issues a transferable, divisible, confirmed, unconditional, irrevocable, operational, assignable, ONE SBLC, maturing (13) months and one day, in value of one (1) shipment.
14. The seller’s bank sends Proof of Product (PoP) or Partial Proof of Product (PPoP) or Proof of Production Capability.

• If only (POF) is sent and no Bank Commitment Letter is sent, the seller will not send (POP).

15. The seller’s bank will issue Performance Bond PB (2%) for annual contracts only.
16. Payment MT103 or TT against shipping documents this should be confirmed and received from 50 major banks to cover the shipment.
17. The seller will hold all the cost of (SGS) report, quantity, weight, quality of the Goods at the port of loading.
18. All shipping documents and (SGS) report will be sent to buyer’s bank via seller’s bank for payment and the original package will be sent to buyer via DHL or similar courier.

• Quantities:

1. Spot Contracts: Min 12,500 MT. / Max 100,000 MT.
2. Annual Contracts: Min 12,500 MT. (monthly) / Max: 100,000 MT. (monthly).

• Financial instruments as per UCP 600 codes and any revisions as set by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Any deviation from the above payment terms is subject to acceptance by the seller. The buyer can claim no responsibility in the event that acceptance of the financial instrument is refused.
• We do not share any data from previous documents and shipments.
• Visit: not allowed to visit the factory, fly over or indicate the factory that supplies the product to the seller.
• Track loading at port: buyer can track ship loading directly at port, with the authorization of maximum two (2) people at port.
• Shipping: will be within 35 to 45 working days upon receipt and confirmation of an operating of SBLC.
• Ports: the shipping companies we work with only deliver goods to (ASWP). The buyer should verify in advance with the logistics department whether the port is safe.
